  • DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    We stand by our products and want the same for you! That being said, please contact us with any concerns. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us; we will do our best to gain and maintain it.

  • We ship priority Flat Rate. Shipments are typically sent within 1-2 business days of order receipt.

  • International shipping is currently unavailable, but we’re working on it. Thanks for your patience!

  • Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately at idigyourhair@gmail.com. Your packages come with $100 insurance coverage. However, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier for them to compensate you.
